                                                Annual Reviews

Annual Review time is approaching and teachers are beginning preparations. You will be receiving many documents over the next several weeks that need your attention. Also, teachers are required to send three notices home to advise you of the meeting date and time. Please let your teacher know right away if you are unable to attend on the scheduled date. We will make every attempt to reschedule.

Federal Forms

If you have not done so already, please return your completed and signed Federal Impact Aid Surveys (the blue form) as soon as possible. We are still collecting them.

                            Upcoming Events

                                          Mark Your Calendar

On Thursday, February 7 from 7:00-8:30, you are invited to Chapel Forge to learn about the IEP process and the transition process for children that will be leaving Chapel Forge. There will be a short Power Point presentation and then a question and answer period. With Annual Reviews beginning in February, we thought that this would be a good time to present this information. We hope to see you there. There will be a brief PTO meeting at 6:30 that evening so come early if you’d like.

Winter is Here

The winter season is officially here – it snowed! Please remember to listen to the radio or check the school website for closings due to inclement weather. If there is a two-hour delay, there will be no half day students. Also, please make sure your emergency numbers are up to date.
