Charles Herbert Flowers High School opened its doors in the year 2000. On the first day, Mr. Charles Herbert Flowers was there to celebrate its opening. Under the leadership of Principal Helena Nobles Jones, Charles Herbert Flowers High School has continued to uphold its reputation as a "Mecca of Excellence". We hope to continue in this tradition for years to come.

These policies were designed to govern high functioning public meetings, ensure responsiveness to constituent concerns, and improve the quality of services provided to the community it serves.
