The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in Prince George's County Public Schools

Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) is committed to ensuring that no qualified individuals with disabilities or because of disability, are excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any service, program, or activity conducted by or on behalf of PGCPS. PGCPS will not use standards, criteria, or discriminate based on disability.

We are committed to providing services, programs, and activities that are readily accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities unless doing so would fundamentally alter the nature of the program, service, or activity or would impose an undue hardship.
