    The Employee Services Center is a centralized single point of contact and resource for employees, retirees, former employees, and stakeholders who have inquiries regarding their employment needs or need assistance with accessing employment related information.

    The core commitment of the Employee Services Center is to provide customer service that is respectful, responsive, and reliable.

    How can employees access the Employee Services Center?

    When contacting the Employee Services Center, most inquiries can be answered immediately; however, if an inquiry requires further investigation, a representative will obtain a timely and accurate response within 48 hours. 

    To further support employees who do not have access to a computer or need assistance accessing benefits and employee information online, the center is equipped with computers and trained staff to help facilitate assistance with Online New Employee Orientation (O-NEO), Oracle Employee Self-Service, Benefits Enrollment, Direct Deposit, iRecruitment, ERO, Google Docs, Moodle, Aesop, Maryland Educator Information System (EIS), etc.
