Our Prepress staff of experienced professionals will insure that your project flows through our plant smoothly. We feature a fully functional prepress department to produce booklets, brochures, letterhead, pocket folders, forms, parent/student handbooks, envelopes, business cards, curriculum material, menus, calendars, programs, newsletters, posters, banners, stickers, tickets, and many other projects for our school system. 

Digital Prepress Equipment and Applications
We ask that all files be setup in an application that is compatible with our desktop publishing system.

    • Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • High Quality Scanners

Fonts
Our standard fonts are Times, Helvetica, Arial, Palatinos, Zapf Chancery, Zapf Dingbats. If you wish to use non-standard fonts, please contact our prepress department prior to submitting your files as we may request that you include the fonts along with your files. 

Photographs
If photographs are included with your job, please use only the hi-resolution version whenever possible. Please note that we may request that you send us your original photographs to improve the quality of your project.

Submitting Project Files
In the future, we will offer an FTP Site where you can electronically submit your files to the Printing Office. Currently, you may submit your project files by dropping them off, mailing, or Emailing them to the printing office. If you are not emailing your files, please attach them to a CD, transferable disk, or jump drive.
 

*If you send your files in a PDF Format, please be sure that all fonts are embedded, the images are of good quality, text have been proofed, and the file set-up to your desired print size as we cannot edit or correct files in this format.
