image of cresant moon with clouds and stars The Before & After Care School Extended Learning Program at Lake Arbor Elementary School operates from 7:00 A.M. to 7:45 A.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. of every school day. Students are grouped according to age, with an adult to child ratio of 1:15.

 

Activities include: Children are given opportunities to participate in art, music, drama, and cooking projects. Students play a variety of games that help develop critical thinking skills and use manipulative materials to construct building. Students can play sports, group games, use the computer for activities, relax, begin homework assignments, join in with our Reading and Math club and socialize in an atmosphere that supports their developmental needs. A daily snack is provided.

 

The goal of the Prince George's County Public School System to provide a safe, enriching environment for Prince George's County elementary school students.

 

The program is designed to enhance the children's social, cultural, educational, and physical development, as well as meet the needs of parents by offering a safe, accessible, and affordable school-based program- kindergarten – six grades.

The tuition rate is $125.00 every two weeks, which we are proud to say, is 25% below the area child care market rate. Fees are paid in advance according to a published yearly pay schedule. Total paid tuition is $2,600 for 180 instructional days of school. We also accepted Department of Social Service vouchers.
