Interested in science?  Then you'll have to participate in the Science Bowl.  The Science Bowl is an exciting way for Prince George County students to share learned knowledge, display good cooperative and teamwork skills, and have fun at the same time.  The Science Bowl is a Prince George County owned and operated television show for P.G. County schools in which two schools compete against one another to see who can answer the most questions about science correctly.  The winning team goes on to compete against another school's winning team until there are only two teams left.  A championship match is then played to determine the overall champion.  The students typically enjoy themselves learning while they compete.

Congratulations to our Capitol Heights Science Bowl team who were runners up in the 2005 Science Bowl Competition.  Team members included: Matthias Murray, Hector Allen, Peter Ali, James Whipple and Callen Rain.  We also want to thank Ms. Timmerman and Ms. Cook who coached the team.  Kudos to everyone!!
