Technology Specialist: Mr. Abbitt We have a main computer lab which consists of 30 Dell workstations with 17" monitors, which we received through a TIMS Grant. They are state-of-the art, Pentium IV computers with large hard drives and plenty of memory. We will be running both Windows XP and Office XP along with Inspiration and Kidspiration. We have two network printers to support our student's activities. This should afford us the opportunity to provide creative experiences for our students. They will be able to do research on the Internet as well as bolster their knowledge learned in the classroom. We will have the ability to "burn" CD ROMs and scan in artwork also. We have made a concerted effort to challenge our students in giving them a head start in preparing themselves for an e-World.
