As the newly appointed principal and instructional leader at Cooper Lane Elementary, my vision for Cooper Lane is to develop a school culture of CARE, RESPECT, and TRUST. This vision depicts effective instructional leaders who are dedicated to developing, molding and shaping our future leaders. This vision also sees our children as having their individual needs addressed as to acquire and achieve academic success.

As we embark upon a new year, I sincerely hope you partner with us in making the following five core operating beliefs a reality for our school community:

I share these beliefs with our new Chief Executive Officer Dr. John Deasy, and I firmly believe that with the Cooper Lane school community working collaboratively as a team, we have the potential to ensure that all students experience academic success.
