The Maryland High School Assessments (HSA) are end-of-course examinations administered in Biology, English 10, Algebra, and LSN Government in order to measure each student's progress in relation to Core Learning Goals established for each course. Previously, students had only to sit for the test, but beginning with the class of 2009, students will have to pass each HSA exam in order to graduate.

The Government HSA for students currently enrolled in this course will be administered in May of 2008. Please access the following resources for basic information about the tests in order to better prepare for taking an HSA.
