School Wide Calendar of Events
Principal, Kitchings.Crossland Evening High School two ingredients to having a successful school include having quality staff members and a climate that is conducive for teaching and learning. Obviously, there are a thousand other things that must occur. However, you can have everything else, but if you do not have a great instructional team and a positive learning environment, you will not have an effectively run school. We have worked very hard, in a short period of time, to change the academic and behavioral expectations at Northwestern Evening High School. This is the culture change that has been taking place; academic mediocrity is not tolerated. Loud, rude, obnoxious, violent behavior is never accepted. We are focused on good solid instruction for the entire class period. I encourage all of our students to give us their best. We in turn, will do our best to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to leave us and become successful citizens.
