   1 full change of clothes (labeled with child’s name)

   1 container to hold extra clothing

**Pampers or Pull-ups as needed, Baby wipes as needed

   1 full size book bag (Please no tiny book bags)

   1 full size pencil box

   2 boxes of large primary crayons

   2 composition notebooks

   2 packages of 3 x 5 index cards

   1 box of file folders

   1 four pack of dry erase markers (any color)

   2 boxes of tissues

   1 box of gallon Ziploc bags

   1 box of quart Ziploc bags

   2 roll of paper towels

   2 large bottles of hand sanitizer

   2 large bottles of liquid hand soap or refill

   1 box of diaper wipes

   2 containers of disinfecting wipes (Clorox or Lysol suggested)

   1 complete change of clothes (shirt, pants, underclothes, and socks)

 *Please label all items with your child’s name

**Label clothes and book bags on the inside.

   1 bottle Elmer’s Glue Gel (blue color)

   2 bottles of hand sanitizer (NO liquid soap)

   1 box of baby wipes

   1 large box of tissues

   1 roll of paper towels

   1 large can of Lysol disinfectant spray

   2 boxes of gallon size Ziploc bags

   1 pack of unlined index cards

   2 packs of 24 color Crayola crayons (Other brands break too easily)

   1 pack of copier paper (for Waterford program)

   1 backpack (Preferably no wheels)

   Please send one change of clothing in a zip lock bag (shirt, pants, underwear, socks)

 **Please do not purchase pencil boxes, pencils, erasers or sharpeners

Note: Each grade level is requesting a bottle of liquid hand soap. Label all of your child’s materials with permanent marker or labels. Please remember to replenish supplies throughout the school year as needed!
