Materials Every Student Should Have for Class:

 

·        1 Three Inch 3 Ring Binder – For your daily use

·        1 School’s Agenda Book (purchase from school)

·        3 Packages of Notebook Paper – Wide rule

·        3 Sets of Tab Dividers – Pocket Dividers are ok

·        3 Blue or Black Erasable Ball Point Pens (1 red & blue additional pens if ESOL)

·        3 #2 Pencils Used Every day – Mandatory in Math

·        1 Ruler – English and Metric Sides

·        1 Highlighter

·        1 Pencil Pouch or Bag for Inside Your Notebook

·        5 Black and White Composition Books (2 additional if ESOL)

·        1 Set of Colored Pencils – Can Leave At Home Until Needed

·        1 Clear Protractor

·        1 IBM Compatible “jump drive / flash drive”

·        1 Package of Small / Medium Sized Post-It Notes

·        1 Book bag or Backpack (Must be able to fit into a 4’ 3” H x 6’’ W locker)

     Backpacks on wheels will NOT fit)

·        1 safety / plastic Compass

·        1 Glue stick, bottle or pen

·        1 package of index cards (Language Arts) and 1 additional for ESOL

·        1 Large Box of Kleenex and 1 additional box if ESOL

·        =1 Large Rolls of Paper Towels (For Science)

·        1 Bottle of Antibacterial Soap (For Science class) and 1 bottle if ESOL

·        ¼” Graph Paper

·        2 Pocket Folders with Fasteners

·        1 Covered Portable Pencil Sharpener

·        4 Large Fabric Book Covers

·        Several Large Pencil Erasers

·        Scientific Calculator for math students (TI 34 - 7th grade, TI 15 – 8th grade, and

     TI 83 Plus– Algebra & Geometry Students. These calculators should be for home.

 

Please do not bring markers or white out to school unless specifically requested by your teacher. 

Permanent markers should NEVER be brought to school.

 

At sometimes throughout the year, teachers may request special materials needed to complete projects and assignments.  Also, various courses and teachers require course specific materials that will be discussed and listed during the first week of that course.
