COMER SDP ORIENTATION TRAINING These two and one-half day trainings will be held four times during the 2003-2004 school year at the Harbourtowne Resort in St. Michaels, Maryland Registration fees are assessed to provide:  bus transportation to and from St. Michaels (the training begins on the bus!!) meals accommodations (two to a room) training materials The bus leaves from the Board of Education, Sasscer Administration Building in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday and returns at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Participants in these sessions include building level and central office administrators, teachers, support staff, parents/community partners, Board of Education members, etc., from PGCPS as well as from other school districts across the United States and abroad that utilize the Comer SDP as a mechanism for comprehensive school reform. Upon request, visitors to PGCPS may participate in Site Visits to Comer SDP Demonstration schools on the Wednesday morning following the 2.5 day orientation session at no additional charge.
