The Prince George's
County Public School System is working to identify strategies and
practices to promote success on the Maryland School Performance
Assessment Program (MSPAP). The following document summarizes the
results of an extended research process involving data analysis of a
series of focus group discussions. These sessions involved
representatives from all elementary and middle schools demonstrating
significant gains in overall MSPAP performance.
Beginning in 1995-96
