How to get AUP on
my ID: You must sign and have your parents sign the
Acceptable Use Policy statement. This statement is returned
to the library media specialist. "AUP" will then be printed
on the front of your ID.
What is an Acceptable Use
Policy: Use of the computers and/or the Internet is
a great educational benefit-- it is also a privilege. Both
are to be used for educational purposes only. ERHS is not
responsible for all of the information found on networks
outside of our building nor information residing on other
systems to which there is access through the WAN. Students
are held accountable for their behavior and their choice of
sites. All the guidelines are found in the Acceptable Use
Policy Statement. Students must obtain a copy of this
statement from the library media specialist, sign it, and
have his/her parents sign it prior to being granted computer
access.
