Mission Statement

The mission of the Compliance and Special Needs Department of Charles Herbert Flowers High School is to provide each student individualized academic, social and emotional assistance in order to foster successful integration into the mainstream population as well as to prepare students to function independently in their community and workplace as productive citizens.
