Open House

If you missed the open house for the in-coming S/T students held on March 24th, please stop by the Science and Tech office to get a registration packet and open house papers.

Registration will take place the first week of May.

STP students enrolling into algebra I for the first time need not take the MPA. Those who have successfully completed Algebra I and/or Geometry will need to take the MPA. The MPA will be administered at C.H Flowers.The Mathematics placement test is on June 1st, 2009.Please arrive by 8:30 in the Media Center, test will begin promptly at 9:00am.Test is approximately 2 hours and no calculators are allowed. Please drop of your children and pick them up at 12:00am in front of the school building.

Below are practice copies of the Algebra and Geometry Assessment. Each number on the practice assessment corresponds to the math skill number on the placement skills list. The Official assessment is a form of this practice copy with the numbers changed. Be sure to understand the concepts and be able to demonstrate that understanding in the time allotted for the placement assessment.
