Community Service:

Please submit your community service form to Ms. Reed.  All forms need to be COMPLETELY filled in, description of duties and All signatures are required before the hours can be credited.  Otherwise the hours will NOT get credited. Additional Information

To receive your Transcript, you must fill out a transcript form that can be found in the Guidance Office. You can request as many as you would like, however the first 2 transcripts are free.  The process time is 48 hours after the request has been given.  Each transcript after the 2 free transcripts will cost $2.00 EACH.  Pay when you pick up your transcript.

The form for letters of recommendation is available here. It is necessary if you would like a letter of recomendation from your guidance counselor.
