Registration of Students

1) Does the child live in your attendance area? If yes, continue.
(To verify that the address is in your attendance are please click)
If no........ send parent and pupil to the correct school to register.

If a pupil arrives at school alone and wants to register please see the Board of Education Policy Number 5111.

2) If a student is residing with anyone other than parent or guardian:

• Adopted
• Court Appointed Guardians
• Foreign Students
• Foster Parents
• Special Education
• Out of County Living Arrangement
• Who needs a Tuition Waivers
• Homeless
• Out-of-Country
• Wards of the District of Columbia
• Wards of other Maryland Counties

3) Verify that the child is a U.S. Citizen and if the primary language spoken at home is English. If not, please call the ISGO Office (International Student Guidance Office)

5) Registration Forms To BE Completed By Responsible Adult

• Student Registration Form, PA14
• Affidavit of Disclosure, PA15
• Family Card, PA5
• Form DHMH 896 and PDS5 cards

6) Enrolling a new student

• Verify if has an existing student numbers
• Assigning a student numbers
• Requesting Transportation
  - Withdrawing a student
  - Student record cards
