Classroom Liaison (year round)
Two volunteers in each classroom will assist the PTA in outreaching to all
parents. The Liaisons’
efforts will be focused on keeping all parents informed of school activities,
programs and volunteer
needs. Liaisons will also be asked to partner with the classroom teacher to
share information from
the classroom to the PTA and vice-versa.

School Box Top and
Campbell’s Labels for Education
Coordinator/Volunteers (year round)
Volunteers and coordinator will
collect the labels and box tops and work with the PTA Treasurer to
submit them to collect checks and merchandise for our school.

3rd Annual Live & Silent
Auction
This event is the biggest fundraising event held to raise funds for
alternate school activities and
events for our students. We coordinate outreach to solicit donations from
businesses and individuals
for everything from a week at a timeshare and professional sports tickets, to
gift baskets and artwork.
This is an all-adult reception that gives teachers, staff and parents the
opportunity to have a
wonderful evening out while raising funds to support our students Volunteers are
needed to support
All aspects of the event, including pre-event planning, set up & break down,
donation solicitation
and event night staffing.
