Library Media Center

Policies

1.    Classes are assigned a regular Library time.  Other opportunities for visiting the Library Media Center are available in a limited number.

2.    Students in grades K - 3 are permitted to check out one book at a time. 

3.    Students in grades 5 and 6 are permitted to check out two books at a time.

4.    Students in grade 4 are permitted to check out one book at a time during the first semester.  With the beginning of the second semester, they are permitted to check out 2 books at a time.

5.    Lost or damaged books must be paid for according to the policies of the Prince George's County School District.

6.    Behavior expectations in the Library are the same as they are for the entire school.
