School Goals

Student achievement on MSA in grades three and five will meet or exceed state standards.

Students performance will reflect application of higher order thinking, including critical thinking, decision making, creative problem solving, and creative self-expression.

The Educational Technology Research Center will expand to provide programs, resources, and opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills needed to adapt to emerging technologies, research methods, and work methods from a multicultural perspective.

Visitors

Visitors are always welcome at Heather Hills Elementary School. Parents or visitors who want to meet with a particular teacher or staff member, including the principal, should call in advance so that a mutually convenient time can be scheduled. At the time of the visit please stop at the school office so that someone may show you through the building or direct you to the person you wish to see. You will be given a Visitor's/Parent's pass to carry with you.

Family Cards

Each year the school requires that two family cards be completed for each student. Family cards provide the school with important information about health problems, parents work numbers, and emergency contact persons.
