Volunteer After-School Tutoring Program
We
have over 70 professionals from many fields that volunteer their time to
help the High Point students succeed with their academic studies.
Our
tutors are engineers, physicists, microbiologists, chemists, mathematicians,
statisticians, psychologists, previous teachers, doctors, nurses, businessmen
and women, retired community members,
professors
from The University of Maryland, honor students from local colleges and more!
Tutoring
is on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the library from
2:30 until approximately 4:30. Transportation is available from
October through May.
