HPHS Graduating Senior 2.75 or above GPA

Completed Application, Attachments, and Essay

Attach on Separate Paper:

1. List school activities, community service activities, awards, leadership positions, etc.

2. Write an essay of not more than 400 words on

“How has High Point prepared you for your future educational endeavors?”

3. Verification of GPA.

4. Letter of Acceptance to College or Trade School.

(This is to be turned in later in order to send scholarship to correct school.)
