Drop-In Conferences/No Appointment Necessary

Teachers will be available to speak with parents during their planning periods on the following dates: 

October 7

November 11 (8:30 – 11:30 a.m. for all teachers)

February 10

April 21

May 12

Teachers will be available in the Media Center on these days; in order to locate the time for the teachers of your child, first find out what team he/she is on. Then use the table below.  Please put these conferences on your calendars now. We look forward to seeing you each regularly.

Team 7-1  - 7:55 – 8:55 a.m.

Team 8-2 – 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Team 8-1 – 10:05 – 11:05 a.m.

Team 7-2 – 11:15 – 12:15 p.m.

Team X – 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.

NOTE:  Teachers of Physical Education and Health may not be available at these conferences.  The counselors remain available to set up individual conferences as necessary.

Las Reuniones son por Equipos, asegúrese en saber a que equipo pertenece su hijo/a para saber el horario que tiene que llegar.

Equipo 7-1--7:55 -8:55 a.m.
Equipo 8-2--9:00 -10:00 a.m.
Equipo 8-1-- 10:05 a.m. - 11:05 a.m.
Equipo 7-2-- 11:15 p.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Equipo X-1:15 - 2:15 p.m.

Estos días y hora han sido seleccionados para que los padres se reúnan con los maestros de sus hijos/as. No es necesario hacer cita para participar en estas reuniones. Solo tiene que venir en la hora y día correspondiente. Todas las reuniones tienen lugar en la Librería (Biblioteca) de la escuela. Es mucho mejor llegar al comienzo de la hora y no al final, ya que las maestras tienen que regresar a las siguientes clases al final de cada hora. Gracias por participar en estas pequeñas pero muy importantes reuniones.

Note: que los maestros de educación física y salud puede ser que no estén disponibles para las conferencias. Los consejeros están disponibles para facilitar conferencias individuales si fuera necesario.
