Mission Statement

The staff of James Madison Middle School recognizes the intellectual, cultural, and socioeconomic differences of our students and believes that each student can learn and will develop into a productive member of society. The purpose of our school is to create an environment conducive to learning that will encourage all students to reach their maximum educational potential. Uniforms can be purchased anywhere as long as they are in compliance with the established uniform policy.

MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS

     Athletic forms are now ready! All Students must possess and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA with no failing grades to participate in Prince Georges County Public Schools Interscholastic Athletics. Also remember all students are required to have a signed parent permission slip and signed medical physical evaluation form to be completed by a Licensed Physician before they may participate in any school sponsored interscholastic athletic activity. Physical forms are valid throughout the school year, so your child will not need an additional form completed if they plan on participating in multiple activities during the school year.
