My name is Mrs. Janet Mosby and I
am the new school-based parent liaison for Kettering Elementary. My role as
parent liaison is to facilitate improved parental involvement,
communication, and collaboration between school staff and the families of
students in order to enhance student achievement. One of my goals is to
increase parent participation in the PTA meetings and different volunteer
opportunities. We are planning to hold monthly workshops on a variety of
topics including how to help your children with homework, projects, and
parenting skills. I will work closely with Ms. Tiffany Bolling, Pupil
Personnel Worker and Ms. Zulma Pacheco, ESOL Parent Liaison to provide you
with services. I have had the pleasure of meeting many of you over the past
weeks and I look forward to working with you this year in a positive and
