As an educational leader, I believe that the school in which I work should be the focal point of an inclusive learning community that creates an inviting atmosphere where children are excited and motivated to learn, promotes continuous school improvement, fosters a positive relationship between home and school, and holds all stakeholders accountable to clearly established standards for excellence in teaching and learning. 
I feel very fortunate to be invited to join a community that already has established the basic premises of this vision. I look forward to many productive and rewarding years at Kenilworth Elementary School.
