Counselor's Page
	As your child's first teacher, you have already provided the foundations for formal school learning.  Every time you listened to your child, you taught them how to tune in to their teacher in class.  Every time you read to your child, you helped them take the steps needed to be a good reader.  Every time you solved a conflict peacefully, you helped your child resolve conflicts without violence.  Every time you followed through with consequences, you allowed your child to understand self-responsibility and consequences for their actions.
