The PTSA will hold its first General Meeting of the school year on September 18, 2007 at 7:00pm.  Please note the following dates for the General PTSA Meetings (all meetings start at 7:00pm):

The PTSA Uniform Committee is happy to provide you with the attached information from By Grace Uniform Company, which is one (1) of the chosen vendors to supply uniforms for the 2007-2008 school  year. 
Uniforms will be MANDATORY and we hope this information will assist you in purchasing your son or daughter’s apparel to ensure they are in full compliance at the beginning of the term.  There will be a “zero” tolerance, therefore, it is important to prepare early for the coming school year :

NBCFAE 8th Annual Aviation Camp (ACE) July 9 - 13, 2007

This is an exciting and adventurous one week camp for students
rising 8th through 12th grades.  Applications are now available for the Washington-Suburban Chapter of
The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees 8th annual Aviation
Career Education (ACE) Camp.  This is an exciting and adventurous one week
camp for students entering 8th through 12th grades.  During the week, we
introduce our youth to various careers in aviation through presentations,
site visits and tours.  We even take the students flying!

This years camp will held at The University of District of Columbia (UDC),
July 9-13, 2007.  Students are expected to arrive by 8 am , dismissal by
4:30 pm.  A metro stop is conveniently located on the red line.  A morning
snack and lunch is also provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our youth. The word spreads quickly,
so hurry and space is limited.  There is a non-refundable application fee
