Career Day 2009
 

We would like to thank the administration, faculty and staff of Laurel High School for helping to make our annual career day a success. Your willingness to help secure speakers, prepare students, provide assistance on Friday, and your words of support meant a lot to us.  A special thank you goes out to the following people:



    Ms. Augustus, Chairperson of Hospitality

    Ms. Black for filling in for Ms. Simpson

    Ms. Clifford for assisting the catering staff with getting into the building and upstairs

    Ms. Wenchel for securing the sodas

    Mr. Ragin for securing a $50 donation from Sam’s Club

    Ms. Swartz for assisting with us in learning how to run the labels and creating templates for career day speaker schedules, badges, and thank
    you notes

    Mr. Wright, Mr. Zimmerman, and their students for providing beautiful music in the main lobby and media center

    Ms. Lee, Ms. Sumner, Mr. Holder, Ms. Bocock and their students for the wonderful art display

    Chief Jackson and Sgt. Brown and the magnificent ROTC Cadets for serving on traffic detail and as escorts for our guests

    LHS Security Staff for coordinating with ROTC on the parking detail
