PSAT Information
Why Should I Take this
Test? It mimics the SAT except for the essay.
[Math, Critical Reading, Writing are on both.]
Collegeboard provides an item analysis of the test--type of question (easy,
medium, hard), answer, correct of each type.
Suggests strategies based on weaknesses.
Provides us with AP Potential--the prediction of a particular student to
succeed in an AP course, based on the reading, math, and writing scores.
Considered for National Merit Scholarship [11th graders only]
