I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Web Site, and to share our service philosophy with you. Essentially, we seek to meet the needs of the students and staff of the Prince George’s County Public School System in an equitable and efficient manner. As a result, our goal is to ensure that whatever resources we have are shared equally among our customers and that these resources are expended with maximum effectiveness. We know that communication and coordination with those we serve is essential to ensure this effectiveness and equitability. This web site is our effort in meeting this commitment. We will continue to inform you of our services, procedures and programs and introduce you to the communication channels and personnel who can best assist you. Additionally, we will keep you informed of current maintenance issues and events that impact our customer service. Also, downloadable forms and publications, will be continually added to this site to better inform and assist you. As with the Operations and Maintenance Department as a whole, this web site will strive to improve its value to you, our customer, by communicating with you and giving you an opportunity for feedback.
