The
Prince George’s County Public Schools Maintenance Department is
initiating a new Web-Based Work Order Application
that will allow schools and administrative sites to enter and review
maintenance requests over the internet.The new system will allow participants to not only enter new
requests electronically, but also allow them to review all the repair
activities at their site during the past six years.
Only
computers that are on the School System’s Wide Area Network will be able
to access this system for entry and review.As a security measure to ensure that only appropriate individuals
identified by the administrative sites and schools make these requests, a
nine digit alphanumeric password for each site will be needed to use this
service.
TheMaintenance Department is currently initiating a pilot
program for schools and administrative sites that are using this
Maintenance Department Website.
