I’m from Manila, Philippines. The capital of 7,100 islands, but
one nation.

I’ve always loved the academe. I read a lot of books and I enjoy
learning. It’s never a burden for me and learning is intentioned
with teaching.

14 years
4.) What did you want to be when you were younger?
I’ve always thought I’m going to be a medical doctor. I took a
pre-med course in college. I took extra credit courses required
to take the National Medical Admission Test. I pursued it but by
that time, I felt that that wasn’t really what I want to do.
5.) What do you love about teaching?
I love being able to impact knowledge to young minds and to be
able to go with them in that adventure for leaving
My name is Ms.Debbie Pereja. I came from the
beautiful Philippine Islands. I graduated with a B.S. zoology
Degree from the University of the Philippines and I home a
Masters Degree in Education major in Biology.
I believe every one of us has an assignment from God
and you should find your purpose in life. I have found teaching
to be one of them. It makes me feel fulfilled that I become an
instrument so that students, while they are in my watch, would
be able to reach their God-given’ destiny. I will be a means to
impact what I have and what I know and shape their young minds.
These young minds will give us the future music our future that
will touch our lives, future leadership that will govern and
nation and many more. The children are one future. We should be
able to invert in their so they will reach their maximum
potential.
