MSA HOME REPORTS FOR PARENTS 2009

MSA Home Reports, per student, for the 2009 school year, were mailed to Parent/Guardian based on August 6, 2009 address as listed in SchoolMax. If you DID NOT receive your student's scores, and your scholar was enrolled in a PGCPS school during the 2008-2009 school year, contact Ms. Madolyn Johns, Data Coach, for information (301-702-740/3extension 329). Additionally, please check with Ms. Ruth Campbell, Registrar, (301-702-7540), as letters that were undeliverable were re-routed to present school of enrollment. If the address is still incorrect in SchoolMax, it must be changed, in person, with Ms. Campbell as this will also impact the receipt of your student's report cards and other pertinent school communications.

Additionally, on our TMMS website, parents are asked to refer to the Data Tab to see a copy of how this report may be analyzed and read for your student's score.

Access student grades & attendance online

Parents and guardians can access their children's grades and attendance from the internet:
1. Go to www.pgcps.org and put your mouse over the tab labeled parents, then click on "school-max family portal."
2. Click "I need to register"
3. You will need to enter a "parent access key."
4. Parent access keys will be given out at Thurgood Marshall Middle School at 7pm, on April 24th, during our next parent meeting.

Community Service Hours

Prince George's County students are required to complete community service hours. Click on the folder across from this box to download a copy of the "community service hours form." Have a great school year and participate in activities that positively impact our community.
