 Vision and Philosophy 
 

MISSION

     The mission of Middleton Valley Traditional / Classical Academy is to enable ALL students regardless of race, creed, color or cultural background to acquire knowledge and develop the skills and understanding that will help them become productive citizens and lifelong learners.

     The mission will be accomplished by strong instructional leadership, high expectations for success for all students, emphasis on teaching learning, frequent monitoring of student's programs with instructional adjustments when needed, help from supporting services and extensive parental involvement.

VISION

     The vision for Middleton Valley Academy is that our school will be a community of caring with a challenging curriculum that promotes academic achievement, social, emotional and physical skills that will encourage ALL of our students to become independent, self-directed learners and productive citizens in our society.

PHILOSOPHY

     We believe that in order to have a learning environment that enhances student success, we, the staff, must have a positive working relationship with each other and the parents of students in our building. We also believe that our teachers should involve themselves in activities and classes that will enhance their knowledge and thus make them better facilitators of learning. We further believe that with our rigorous and consistent instructions our students will achieve success and become life long learners with skills to help them live in a highly technological society.
