Parents:
1. All Registration will take place
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 9am- 12pm. In
order for registration to run smoothly. Below are the necessary
paperwork to bring:
Required for Registration
-Report card or transfer card from
previous school.
-Birth certificate
-Immunization Record-Required
Immunizations
DPT(4 doses-3 for older than 7)
Polio(3 doses)
Measles(2 doses)
Rubella(1 dose)
Mumps(1 dose)
-Proof of Residence-Lease, Deed or
settlement papers, or notarized letter if parent's name is not on the
deed or lease.

Reminder to all Parents of 6th Grade students. The gifts have
arrived for the 6th graders and some students did not receive. If
your child did not receive their gift after the promotion ceremony, you
may come to pick it up. 3.
Their are several students who receive notices about books that were
lost or not returned and were asked to pay for them. Letters went
home and a second notice will be going home in the mail. If payments are
not received for the books it will affect your child's enrollment for
the up coming school year. 4.
The Summer Reading Program booklets were handed out to each student
before they left for summer vacation. Take a look at the reading
list and take your child to the local public library nearest you.
Encourage your child to continue reading over the summer daily. The
reading lists will help your find appropriate material for your child to
read. 5. Student school
supply list are usually generated by the teacher, but there is a generic
list that is given by the school which you can find at your local school
supply store. School supply list are given out by the teacher the
first day of school, so look for it to come home.
