All students who entered the 9th grade for the first time in the fall of 2005 and students who entered thereafter are required to sit and pass four HSA tests as part of their graduation requirement.Those HSA assessments are English 10, Algebra 1,Biology,& GovernmentT Students must achieve a 1602 or high combined score to fulfill the HSA requirement. Student Wins Second Place at Prince George's Plaza Science Fair
Uniform Policy Updated for 2008-2009 School Year
Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year all students, grades
9-12, will be required to comply with a single Mandatory School
uniform -- (white shirts, navy blue slacks or skirts and black or
brown shoes and belts). A letter will be sent home to announce this
and allow parents and students ample time to make purchases and be in
compliance beginning the first day of school.

The Prince George's County Board of Education adopted three new policies during its work sessison on April 10. These policies were designed to govern high functioning public meetings, ensure responsiveness to constituent concerns, and improve the quality of services provided to the community it serves.
