comienzo del siglo nuevo, el mundo y la
comunidad de Hyattsville espera con anticipación y orgullo la nueva escuela
Cesar Chavez Elementary School, anteriormente conocido como Parkway. La nueva
escuela abre la puerta a los niños de nuestro condado en las areas de
diversidad tecnología y esperanza. Nuestra escuela muestra los sueños de los
niños para el siglo nuevo. Debajo de la
direccion del conjunto de PGCPS, la oficina regioal, y la Dr. Andre Hornsby, la
superintendente del condado, las escuela elementaria de Cesar Chavez continuará
a ser un líder con imaginación y creatividad. Los estudiantes estrán listos

As
we enter a new century, the world at large, and our Hyattsville Community
embraces its many challenges with anticipation and pride, Cesar Chavez
Elementary School, formally known as Parkway, heralds an era of diversity,
technology and renewed hope for our county’s children. Our school exemplifies
the dreams and challenges facing our children as they walk into the 21st
Century. Under the leadership of the PGCPS Board, regional office, and Dr Andre
Hornsby, the county superintendent, Cesar Chavez Elementary School will continue
to lead with imagination and creativity. Students will continue to be challenged
and prepared to enter the world marketplace with technology, language and a
sense of responsibility to each other and their community. By forging viable
partnerships with business and parents, collaboration will be the cornerstone of
our success. I congratulate the many people who labored to make the vision of a
new school a reality to a grateful community!
