Pre-Kindergarten Program
Applications being accepted for August 2008

Registration:     9AM - 12Noon  Daily

Who is Eligible:
    Children born between September 2, 2002  and September 1, 2003
    Income eligible children
    Children who reside within the attendance area of: Perrywood Elementary
    *Over income children will be enrolled after October 15th on a space available basis.

Must bring:
    Child's birth certificate
    Child's update immunization record
    Proof of residence (lease or deed)
    Proof of income (i.e., current pay studs, tax return)
    Child's social security card (optional)
