Newsletters: 7 Keys to a successful Year 1. Meet your child's teacher now. 2. Check your child's backpack daily (Remember, Wednesday is Take Home Day). 3. Know the teacher's homework policy. 4. Check your child's agenda daily. 5. Join the PTO. 6. Read daily to and/for with your child. 7. Get your child off to a good start every day on time, with school supplies, and breakfast! This year, I will be the TAG sponsor for Potomac Landing Elementary School. Partners For Success Parent Center - Did you realize PGCPS has a parent center for special education? Free workshops are scheduled for October, November, and December to inform you of special education procedures, processes, and laws. Call for an information sheet. Also, please contact Mrs. Jenkins, Ms. Green (resource special educators at PLES) or me if you suspect your child has a special learning, speech, or physical concern. |
