School Planning and Management Team (SPMT)

Administration The School Planning and Management Team (SPMT) is a committee of teachers, support staff, parents and pricipal who share in the governing and management of school activities and programs. This vehicle provides an opportunity for educators, parents and community leaders to share in the planning of the instructional program. Long and short problem solving and evaluation are all conducted in a "no fault" atmosphere.
