Robert Frost Elementary School What is the Robert Frost PTO? “PTO” stands for Parent Teacher Organization. The main focus of Robert Frost's PTO is to effectively organize parents for the purpose of supporting the school, its functions and its students. The PTO membership is made up of teachers, parents, grandparents, guardians and anyone else who is committed to the success of our children. By-laws and PTO Executive Team Positions The bylaws for the Robert Frost PTO were adopted on September 13, 2006. The purpose of the by-laws is to define the responsibilities and roles of the PTO Executive Board members, as well as the Sub-Committee Team members. The bylaws are also to serve as a guide to direct the proper functioning of the PTO, its officers and its purpose.
