Welcome to the Sixth Grade!
The Sixth Grade consists of the combined classes of Ms. Davis, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Kwartang and Ms. Snell. All of us are dedicated to preparing our sixth grade students to “soar” into Middle School and thus they are labeled “the Soaring Sixths”!
Although we are located in an elementary school, as Sixth Graders, our students participate in a rigorous middle school curriculum that features ninety minute classes of reading/language arts and math. They are also expected to excel in science, social studies and the other disciplines.
Our goal is that we want every child to succeed, therefore we look forward to working with parents and guardians to make certain that our students are as successful as they can be.
