School Tour Rosa L. Parks Elementary School is located on an eight acre site one mile from the Washington, DC border on Ager Road in Prince George's County. Its plant was completed in August of 2006 at a cost of $17,883,000. With a student capacity of 742, Rosa Parks houses Head Start, prekindergarten, kindergarten, and grades 1 through 6 in traditional classrooms. Support rooms include a multipurpose room, music room, art room, science room, computer lab, reading resource room, and media center, all of which are equipped with projectors and sound enhancements.
