Registration hours are Monday though Friday
 10:00am until 1:00pm
 

If your child has NEVER ATTENDED a Prince George's County Public School, the following items MUST ACCOMPANY the student registration form:

                  I. E. P. (if applicable)
                  Social Security Card
                  Current Physical Record
                  Immunization (shot) Record
                  Birth Certificate (large, original showing parents' name)
                  Previous report card (if school aged)
                  Custody Papers (signed by a judge, if applicable)
                  Proof of Residence (lease, deed, settlement papers, pay stub, W-2)
 

If your child HAS ATTENDED a Prince George's County Public School, the following items MUST ACCOMPANY the student registration form:

                I. E. P. (attached to transfer card)
                Transfer Card (from the previous school)
                Shot Record (attached to transfer card)
                Lunch Form (attached to transfer card)
                Birth Certificate (attached to transfer card)
                Previous Record Card (attached to transfer card)
                Proof of Residence (lease, deed, settlement papers, pay stub, W-2)

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
