ATTENTION PARENTS!
Parents are responsible for
providing transportation for all before or after school activities. It
is the parents' responsibility to ensure that students are picked up on
time. Staff members are required to wait with students until all parents
have arrived. Please be courteous to the club sponsor and pick up your
child on time. Students who are picked up late will not be allowed to
participate in the club activity.
PLEASE
NOTE: Athletes who do not have their parent information sheets
and medical physical forms completed and signed will not be permitted to
play in any game until these forms are submitted. Contact your coach if
you are having difficulty getting these forms completed.
