For the Class of 2006, SAT Subject Tests
Requirements May Change

After the January 2005 administration, the SAT Subject Test in Writing will no longer be administered because the SAT Reasoning Test will include a writing section.

This change has led some colleges and universities to change their admissions policies on SAT Subject Tests beginning with the class of 2006.

At the request of high school counselors and to help avoid any confusion over changing policies, a list of colleges' SAT Subject Test requirements or recommendations for the class of 2006 has been posted on the website for the College Board at www.collegeboard.com.

This is a partial list which will be updated as addit ional information from colleges is received, so check back often. You may also contact the college of your interest directly if its policy is not available on the site.
